1/ The Mobile Home is only available from 4 p.m, on the day of arrival and you are also required to leave by 9.00am on the day of departure.

 

2/On the day of your arrival, you must go to the reception of MOBIL HOMES VACANCES bureau, situated at 5315, to register and pay your fees.

3/ A guarantee is required from the tenant on arrival (400 Euros)
This guarantee will be returned to the tenant, on the day of your departure, after the mobile home is checked and found to be OK.
Mobil home Vacances reserves the right to preserve all or part of the guarantee in the event of the mobile home, or equipment, being damaged, or needing excessive cleaning.

If the tenant leaves outside the normal opening hours, of the reception, the mobile home will be then inspected and the guarantee returned by mail.

4/The cleaning of the mobile home is the tenants responsibility throughout their stay. Mobiles homes must be cleaned, and refrigerator must be de-iced before your departure or part, or the whole of the guarantee could be retained. A cleaning service, can be provided on request at Mobil homes Vacances (example: 50 euros for a complete cleaning the day of the departure).

5/Each mobile home contains, tables and chairs, furniture, kitchen, refrigeration, bed sheets and towels (free for the stay). Additional items, can be hired on request, subect to availability:e.g. bed sheets, towels, barbecue with gas and baby bed. Tariffs available on request.

6/ We, along with Mobil homes Vacances are not responsible, any of your valubles, personal effects, during your stay. There is a Digital safe provided for your documents.

7/ Each tenant is expected to obey the campsites rules, if the rules of the campsite are not followed, then their is a risk of you being removed from the site. No refunds will be allowed, if this happens. All barbecues with charcoal and open fires are strictly prohibited.

8/ Please note, that pets are only accepted, with prior permission by us and there is a 5 euros per day surcharge. Those who have pets must ensure, that they are constantly supervised during the stay. Any failure with hygiene (free cleaning kit available to the reception) or with safety, caused by the animal could be serious and end in the eviction of its owners from the campsite. You are not allowed any pets, on the campsites beaches.

9/ The visitor's tax is due as a supplement. Tariff: 0,60 euros per day for anybody of more than 13 years, this is paid on arrival.

 

CANCELLATION

1/ In the event of cancellation, we ask you us to inform us quickly in writing and email or fax, confirming the reason and by registered letter with documents of proof.

2/ We assure you that we will refund you, in all cases, when cancellation is for the following serious reasons:

3/ If the cancellation is not for any of the above and provided that it is not more than 60 days before the date of arrival, the your deposit will be refunded to you, less an administration charge of 45 euros.

4/ If the cancellation is less than 45 days before the date of arrival, no deposit or expenses will be refunded to you.
