Please read these Booking Conditions, before you book.
1. The person signing the booking form will be responsible for his/her partys behavior and any damage to our mobile home, 5137.
2. Only persons named on the booking form, may occupy our Mobile Home, unless previous permission has been obtained from us.
3. No booking will be confirmed, until we have received your booking form and the 20% deposit cheque has cleared.
4. The remaining balance must be paid in full, no later than 8 weeks before the first day of stay, a surety cheque, of £100, post dated for the first day of your stay, must also be sent with the balance.This surety payment, is held against any serious damage to the Mobile home and the home, is left clean and in good order, after your stay.
5. The surety cheque will be cashed, a new cheque for £100, will be sent back to you,by us, after Mobile Home is inspected and found to be in a satisfactory condition.
OUR MOBILE HOME, IS ALWAYS CHECKED, AFTER BEING HIRED OUT.
YOU WILL LOSE THE £100 SURETY PAYMENT, IF OUR MOBILE HOME OR EQUIPMENT, IS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED, OR HAS TO BE CLEANED.
6. If on arrival you have any complaints about the condition of your mobile,it must be reported, by you, to us immediately.
7. All damage or breakages must be reported to us ,or replaced by you, during your stay. If this is not possible then contact us, we are of course insured and will work with you to resolve any problems.
8. Any cancellation of your holiday, after the final balance is sent, will result in the loss of all monies paid. The surety cheque would be returned to you.
9. The mobile home will not be available on the day of arrival before 2.00 pm and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

11. You must send a completed and signed, booking form, by post, with the non returnable, 20% deposit before the booking can be formally accepted.
Please note, strictly ,no pets, or single sex parties
are allowed to book, or stay in our mobile home.
